Great opportunity with a growing MSP (Managed Services Provider) who is looking for someone experienced in all aspects of PC support, helpdesk, computer troubleshooting, business class threat mitigation (anti-virus), patching and remote support. The qualified candidate will need a strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 7 through 10. The preferred candidate will have prior experience with RMM software, specifically SolarWinds n-able.

Experience with MS Windows Servers (SQL, Exchange, Active Directory), networking, backup products, Layer 2 & 3 managed Ethernet switches, routers, VPN’s, firewalls, Microsoft and Cisco Certifications are a plus.

A passion for technology and customer service is required for any position at Tech II. Technical skills are important, however, we realize training isn’t an event, rather an ongoing process. Our on-the-job, manufacturer/partner, CBT and training center events occur on a regular basis in our training facility.  The most important lesson our management team has come to appreciate over our 33 years in business is that a positive collaborative culture will overcome all challenges.
