Qualifications

  • Professionalism- (Reliable, organized, positive attitude & pride in your work)
  • IT Experience- (Microsoft helpdesk support including OS and other business applications)
  • Preferred applications experience- (Windows, PSA, RMM, EDR, AV, BU, Microsoft Office & 365)
  • Other helpful IT- (Telephony, server, video surveillance, networking & wireless)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware and software
  • Accurately fill out service tickets as required for assigned tasks
  • Other technical support dependent upon skillset and client requirements
  • Follow our detailed best in class IT Services practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
