As seen through Dan’s camera, a beautiful fall day for a bike ride!

The OktoberBreast Ride for Cancer is a community cycling benefit for breast cancer. This year’s ride was held on Sunday, October 4 in Glens Falls, NY. This successful event was hosted by Core of Glens Falls, LLC. Approximately 150 cyclists participated in either a 10-mile, 25-mile, or 50-mile course Tech II’s resident cycling enthusiast, Dan Bardin, took part in the 50-mile course.

October 13, Feelgood Update, a nice thank you email:

Thank you…

For participating in OktoberBreast 2015!

Dear Daniel:

Well, another OktoberBreast ride is in the books, and we just want to take this opportunity to say Thank You for participating.

Perfect weather, a lively spin class option, yoga, a terrific raffle and supportive sponsors set the stage for a great day – but we still could not have done it without you!

With over $7,000 raised so far, and donations still arriving, we were thrilled with the participation and grateful for the generosity of so many people.

We also want to thank, once again, our key event sponsors, and encourage you to frequent these businesses whenever possible:

Adirondack Race Management
Adirondack Triathlon Club
Common Roots Brewery
Core of Glens Falls
Davidson Brothers
Grey Ghost Bicycles
Just Beverages
Northeast Promotions
Original Works
Saratoga Cycling Studio

Thank you again for helping local women and their families in their fight against Breast Cancer. We look forward to seeing you again in 2016!
