Job Title:          Front Desk Receptionist

Reports To:      CEO

FLSA Status:    Non Exempt

Department:     Operations



Summary:  Meet and greet all clients and guests of Tech II Business in a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist with general clerical duties and projects as required.


Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • Maintain general knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
  • Provide general administrative, purchasing and clerical support
  • Provide department administrative and project support as needed.
  • Send and receive the US mail and sign for and distribute smaller front desk deliveries.
  • Learn our PSA software and use daily.

Understand Database Software




Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Experience  




Must undergo and successfully pass a third party background investigation.

Must take a pre-employment skills assessment exam
