His primary function will be representing Tech II with the goal of successful new account acquisitions. In this role, Craig will support other team members in qualifying, positioning and delivering Tech II’s offerings. This will include the discovery of new opportunities, building and delivering quotes, and sale presentations. When appropriate, Craig will be directly involved with the on-boarding and roll-out of our technology solutions. As part of this process, Craig will ensure expectations are properly set and delivered as per terms of the contract. After the customer is up online, primary account responsibility will be handed over to the assigned Technical Account Manager.
This is a very dynamic position that can require helping out anywhere that is needed in the business from administrative, field services, sales, and marketing.
