Job Description

Job Title: Systems Engineer (Senior)
Reports To: Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Non Exempt
Department: Operations
Summary: Responsible for meeting customer computer needs as they relate to hardware and software installation by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform Remote Proactive Services via our RMM system.
Play a lead role in system installations, set up and configuration according to specifications.
Train customers on hardware and software use.
Maintain customer communications to assure the smooth operation of systems installed.
Direct any customer requests, inquiries and/or concerns to appropriate individual(s) as needed.
Communicate status of accounts on a regular basis.
Maintain current knowledge levels on existing products and/or acquire knowledge on emerging technology.
Consult with TAMS (Technical Account Managers) in setting expectations related to hardware, software or systems functional specifications to ensure scope of service and meeting customer expectations.
Available for off-hours and after-hours support for customers and internal infrastructure.
Act as technical liaison for customers and projects.
Provide both internal and external customer training on products and services.
Perform COM Remote Proactive Service via our Multi-Network Enterprise management system as required.
Act as an escalation point for all other engineers on projects and customer related issues.

Microsoft Windows Server VMware, VSphere

Presentation Skills Negotiation Skills
Experience in Work Flow Automation Experience with RMM Applications
Script programming experience PC’s, Server and Network Hardware
Windows and Mac OS Technologies Database Programming a Plus

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Prior related work experience required
Industry Certifications Preferred

Requirements:
Ability to lift 75lbs
Must undergo and successfully pass a third party background investigation.
Must take a pre-employment skills assessment exam
